Description

Adobe Creative Cloud is Adobe's suite of graphic and creative apps. Used by Etnetera's creative and marketing team.

Included apps (per license):

• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (design and graphics)
• Premiere Pro, After Effects (video)
• Acrobat Pro (PDF)
• XD (UI prototyping — partially replaced by Figma)
• Adobe Fonts, Adobe Stock (per license)

Login

• Download Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app from creativecloud.adobe.com
• Login: Adobe account (firstname.lastname@etnetera.cz or personal Adobe ID assigned by the company)
• After login: install required apps via CC launcher

How to Get Access

Licenses are assigned based on job role:

1. Get manager approval
2. Manager emails it@etnetera.cz or creates a JSM ticket
3. IT assigns license in Adobe Admin Console
4. You receive an email invitation to activate your Adobe account

Admin Management

1. Log in to Adobe Admin Console: adminconsole.adobe.com
2. Users → Add users — enter email and assign product
3. Remove user to deactivate during offboarding — user loses app access after sign-out

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Cannot activate app	Check license assignment in Adobe Admin Console; sign out and back in
License expired	Check with IT for corporate license renewal
App won't install (Mac)	Check macOS version compatibility; restart CC Launcher
