Description

The Atlassian cloud suite includes three key tools for project management and documentation:

Login

How to Get Access

  1. Write a request to #it-help or create a ticket in the JSM portal
  2. Include: name, email, which project / Confluence space you need
  3. IT will add you to the organization and relevant projects

IT Helpdesk (JSM)

For IT requests, use the JSM portal (not Jira Software):

  1. Go to #it-help on Slack or the JSM portal
  2. Select category: New Access / Device Issue / Software Install / Other
  3. Fill in the form → submit
  4. Track status via email or in the JSM portal

User Management (for admins)

  1. admin.atlassian.comUser management
  2. Add users — enter email, select product access
  3. Groups — assign to groups for Jira projects and Confluence spaces
  4. Deactivate: User → Deactivate (preserves history and comments)
