Description

Figma is a cloud-based UI/UX design and prototyping tool. It enables real-time collaboration between designers, developers, and product managers.

• Desktop app: download at figma.com/downloads
• Login: click Continue with Google → corporate Google account (@etnetera.cz)

How to Get Access

Full license (designers/PMs):

1. Get manager approval
2. IT creates or assigns a Figma seat in the organization

Dev Mode (developers without license):

1. Ask a designer to share the Figma file link
2. Open the link in browser → click Open in Viewer or use Dev Mode

Sharing a File

1. Open file → Share (top right)
2. Set access:
   • Anyone with link → Can view: for developers or stakeholders without a license
   • Specific people: add colleague emails
3. Copy link and share via Slack

Admin Management (for admins)

1. Admin console: Figma → Organization → Admin
2. Members → Invite members — add email, assign role (Editor / Viewer)
3. Billing → Seats — overview of used licenses
4. Remove member during offboarding (files remain in organization)

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Cannot edit file	Check if you have Editor license; file may be in read-only mode
File won't load	Try a different browser or Desktop app; check internet connection
File not found	File may be in another user's Drafts; ask to move it to a team project
